Note that at the moment, Amazon Kids+ is only available in Canada and the USA alone. These guys do not have international options. Some parents are taking their children out of the country to enjoy the features in the USA and Canada to download and create profiles and enable them.

Still, you need to understand that when parents purchase a Kindle or Kindle Fire tablet for their kids, the device comes with exclusive Amazon Kids+ access for one year. Or get the subscription to quality for one month free trial billed $4.99 monthly after trial. The only issue here is that, for Amazon to have FreeTime to work on your Kindle, it needs a stable and reliable network connection to be effective. If not, download and save all the comets on the device and use them later in places without a network connection. The only things that need real-time network connection are the TV shows and movie streaming. Hence, you cannot download and save them.
