🌙【CHOOSE RIGHT WEIGHT】: For the most effect, heavy blankets for winter which owns 7%- 10% of your body weight is recommended. For example, a 200 lb adult would use a 15 lb or 20 lb queen blanket for bed. If it's your first time using a thick blanket, we recommend starting with a lighter one to help you adjust. Placed between your sheet and comforter, the ideal weight creates the perfect, comforting embrace for a full night sleep.
🌙【JUST ON TOP OF MATTRESS】: Queen size blanket (60" x 80") is expertly designed to fit the top of a standard Queen mattress without overhang, creating a dedicated personal sleep zone that prevents the weight from being diluted over the edges—this ensures every ounce of weight focuses solely on you for maximum effect. It's the ideal choice for solo sleepers or couples using the popular "two-blanket solution," as it stays securely in place all night without tugging or pulling.
