Did you purchase a new winch only to be disappointed with the mid-grade hardware included to mount it? Same thing happened to me, so here's some top grade hardware to use instead. This way you can have confidence that your 12,000 lb winch won't pull out of the mounting plate.
The hardware included with most winches is 8.8 Class (metric equivalent to Grade 5) and includes washers that aren't even hardened. This hardware is 10.9 Class (metric equivalent to Grade 8) hardened and yellow zinc plated. Even the washers are 10.9 Class hardened. The large fender washers also spread the force out over more surface area.
