【Power Reminder】 To ensure reliable performance, plug the included power cable into a USB wall adapter (sold separately) rather than a laptop USB port. Standard USB 2.0 ports only deliver 5V/0.5A, which may not provide enough current when the drive is burning discs or when M.2/SD card slots are in use at the same time. The data cable should always be connected directly to your computer.
【Recognition & Playback Issues】 If the drive isn't showing up on your system, start by switching to a different USB port or cable. Windows users can check Device Manager, while Mac users should look under System Report > USB. In cases where the drive appears but .VOB or .IFO video files won't play, switch to VLC Media Player or PotPlayer — the default media apps on many systems lack the necessary codecs.
