Barrel-aged for up to 18 years, and then infused with fresh fig purée created from handpicked Californian figs harvested in our Sutter Buttes ranch, this specialty blended vinegar is a perfect balance of sweet, nutty and tangy in flavor. It has a full-bodied rich aroma and a deeply thick texture with low levels of acidity for a light finish.
