because the product is susceptible during the summer months may be sticking.in this case we put the mastic in the freezer.this is because the mastic is a fresh product and the temperature should be below 18 degrees.if the mastic sticks to you does not mean it has a problem. just put it in the freezer and then break it into pieces!!
