Designed for a light-to-medium load, BoltHold SP10-38 chemical anchors resist at least 1,500 pounds pull and 1,000 pounds of moderate shear force at ground level. Rated for 200 in-lb rotary torque, the anchor's welded spiral offers a strong bond with the grout, while the washer at the top prevents the anchor from dropping below the surface or being pulled up into the mounting plate when tightening the bolt.
